Pirate Roulette is published and operated by M. Maselli And Sons, Inc. The game does not ask you to create an account or provide your name, address, or other personal details to play.

In the current version, we do not collect personal information through the game, and we do not use advertising or analytics services.

2. Local voyage data

The app stores limited game preferences locally on your device so the experience can remember your selected crewmate and related voyage settings. This information is kept in the app's local storage and is not sent to us by the current version of Pirate Roulette.

If you delete the app, local data may be removed by the operating system. Backups, device migration, and operating-system behavior are controlled by Apple and your device settings.

3. Privacy choices and Apple permissions

The game remains playable when optional privacy permissions are declined. Pirate Roulette may show Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission prompt when required by the operating system. In the current version, no ads or analytics depend on that choice.

You can review or change app permissions in your device's system settings. We recommend checking those settings any time Apple or a future version of the app presents a new permission request.

4. Children and third parties

Pirate Roulette does not knowingly request personal information from children. Because the current version does not use accounts, advertising, analytics, or in-game data transmission, it does not share gameplay information with third-party service providers.

Apple may process information as part of operating the App Store and your device. That processing is governed by Apple's own policies and settings.

We may update this notice if the app's data practices change or if the law requires a clearer explanation. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected in an updated policy before or when the relevant feature becomes available.
