Before you set sail

Pirate Roulette is designed to run offline and does not require an account. For the cleanest voyage:

  • Use the latest available version of iOS for your device.
  • Close and reopen the app if a screen does not respond.
  • Restart your device if the issue continues.

If the deck feels stuck

Try these gentle checks before reinstalling anything:

  • Make sure your device has free storage available.
  • Turn off Low Power Mode temporarily if animations appear delayed.
  • Check that Reduce Motion and accessibility settings match your preference.

Progress & settings

Your selected crewmate and voyage preferences are kept on your device. Deleting the app may remove locally stored progress.

If you are moving to a new device, contact us first so we can explain what can and cannot be transferred.

What to include

A useful support message usually contains:

  • Device model and iOS version
  • Pirate Roulette version, if visible
  • The screen or action where the issue appears
  • Steps that reproduce the issue and any screenshot
